The outside of The Music Boutique
The Music Boutique is in Northfield, NJ and holds open mics on Fridays starting at 7pm. It’s a pretty new (less than 6 months) music store in the area.
I went on a sow night, but I was assured that more people went on a regular basis. Regardless, it was a fun time. Expect to me talented musicians, as this is a music boutique. A group jammed for a little bit and I rocked out on xylophone and bongos. There’s a very loose feel to the place, but the manager Chris in very on the ball. He’s always remembered my name and it blows me away every time. I’m telling you: not one has he forgotten me. Incredible.
Go to Music Boutique on Fridays at 7pm because it’s a fun little time. Bring your friends and hang out. Depending on the night, you might need them. But I trust Chris. Read this little shot I took below if you can make it out. It’s essentially a kid’s story about why Music Boutique is such a great place:

Just checked out the Music Boutique’s Friday night open mic. with my new band, Strictly Instrumental. Great experience. The owner’s were very nice and kept things running smoothly. Set acts could get on whenever they wanted and a the rest of the time was filled with jam sessions. Met some talented musicians and one incredible singer. Although some of the jamming was uneven, as you would expect with impromptu jams, the rest of the time was good solid music. Everyone was in tune and mostly on time. Plus, since it’s a music store, there were plenty of toys to play with, some really nice guitars. So now I have another place to play with no pressure and no egos, Malelani on Saturday’s and Music Boutique on Friday’s. Thanks again for the heads up Stan.

Yes you can. As long as you have email set up on the phone. And it downloads drceitly. But I prefer to use the web base mail application to download the files. So if you use Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail, use the applications that are from the mobile Internet, not the mail app integrated into the phone. But truth be told, I’m not sure if Google or Hotmail does it because I use Yahoo. But I’m almost certain they work.Sorry I get off the topic down here/ / /And as much as I love the iPhone. It doesn’t download ANYTHING drceitly from Safari (unless you jailbreak it, which I did XD), except for images. Everything is through App Store, Mobile iTunes, or iTunes on a computer, and it isn’t even free! Except for Apps and Podcasts. I’m not hating on the iPhone, I’m just pointing out the flaws.Hope this helps
