Gregorio’s Market

is located in Mays Landing, NJ and hosts a brand new open mic on Wednesdays. The address for Gregorio’s is 901 Boulevard Route 50 Mays Landing 08330. The open mic starts at 6:30pm. It is hosted by Sarah Bucknam.

The website for Gregorio’s Market is what you might guess it would be: GregoriosMarket.com

Like the name implies, it’s a market. It has fresh produce and food for sale. But the open mic is held in the newly constructed cafe, located off to the side of the store. It is a cafe and bakery, so feel free to pick up some pastries.

The Ground House Open Comedy Mic in Pitman, NJ on Wednesday Nights

The Ground House

The Ground House In Pitman, NJ

On Wednesdays in Pitman, you can go to The Ground House onĀ 60 South Broadway for an Open Comedy Mic. This is the first of its kind of JerseyMic, and definitely one of the more rare open mics out there. Hosted by Todd Chappelle, it starts at 7pm but signups begin at 6pm, so get there early if you’re planning on performing.

The first thing I noticed about the Ground House is the backdrop for the comedians. It’s definitely cool and you can tell the place was made with intentions of a comedy mic (hint: so it isn’t going away anytime soon)
